I help you to explore your thought patterns, behaviour and the limiting beliefs holding you back so you can have more energy, improve your mood, your sleep and feel great about yourself no matter your weight!
Health Coaching is a series of one-to-one conversation sessions designed to help you create and achieve your health goals in a supportive space with a nutrition and coaching professional.

I started coaching with Katie when my life was a bit upside down. I just moved to a new country with a new language, job, and life far away from home.
